12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
Entries are valid UK only as physical prizes can only be shipped within the UK.

2. How to Enter
Each ticket purchased counts as one entry.
To enter multiple times, add additional tickets to your basket individually.
After purchase, you will receive a unique raffle number by email. This number is your entry into the draws.

3. Giveaway Dates
The giveaway runs from 1st–12th December.
One winning number will be selected at random each day.

4. Winner Selection
A daily winner will be chosen by randomly selecting a raffle number from all valid entries.
Winners will be contacted by email.
The winning number and a preview of the prize will also be shared on Instagram Stories.

5. Prizes
There are twelve prizes in total, one for each day.
Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be swapped for cash or store credit.

6. Entry Cut-Off
Final tickets can be purchased before 11th December at 11:59 pm.
Any purchases made after this time will not be entered into the draw.

7. Delivery of Prizes
UK prizes will be posted for free.
Digital prizes will be emailed.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
Raffle tickets are non-refundable once purchased as they count as an entry into the giveaway.

9. Fairness
All draws are done randomly.
By entering, you agree to these terms.

10. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Hand and Palm (Luci) and is not sponsored by or associated with Instagram or any other platform.
